  • You are the rightful owner of the content or
  • You have explicit permission from the rightful owner to upload, distribute, and monetize that content.

Uploading content that you do not own or do not have rights to is strictly prohibited.

6.2 License Granted to BearNChat

By uploading content to the platform, you grant BearNChat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your content on the platform
  • Host, store, and reproduce it for technical delivery
  • Show it to users according to your selected privacy or monetization settings

This license exists solely for operating the platform and does not grant BearNChat ownership or rights to sell, sublicense, or distribute your content outside the platform.

6.3 Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe content uploaded by another user infringes your rights, please notify us immediately at support@bearnchat.men. We will investigate and remove infringing content in accordance with applicable laws.


7. Premium Membership & Payments

  • Premium features may be purchased through Ko-fi or other supported payment methods listed on the site.
  • By purchasing a subscription or upgrade, you agree to all associated fees.
  • If you cancel your premium membership, your access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

8. Tokens: Purchases, Earnings & Withdrawals

BearNChat uses a virtual currency system (“Tokens”) for tips, paid content, and other platform interactions.

8.1 Purchased Tokens

  • Tokens purchased by users are non-refundable under any circumstance.
  • Purchased tokens cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money.
  • Purchased tokens may only be spent within the platform for tipping, premium content, or other site features.
  • If a user requests account deletion, all remaining purchased tokens will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • Users are strongly encouraged to spend any remaining purchased tokens before submitting an account deletion request.
  • A user cannot delete their account if they still have earned tokens in their balance; earned tokens must be withdrawn or spent prior to deletion.

8.2 Earned Tokens (Creator Earnings)

  • Tokens received from other users (e.g., tips or purchases of paid content) are considered earned tokens.
  • Earned tokens can be withdrawn as real money.
  • Withdrawals are processed exclusively via PayPal.
  • A 20% platform fee is deducted from all withdrawals.
  • Withdrawals may be subject to minimum payout thresholds or verification requirements.

8.3 Fraud & Abuse

  • BearNChat may investigate suspicious activity, including chargebacks, fraudulent token purchases, or manipulative tipping.
  • We reserve the right to freeze or withhold withdrawals in cases of suspected abuse.

9. Content Restrictions

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Any material involving minors, real or simulated.
  • Non-consensual content or content involving exploitation.
  • Illegal content of any kind.

Violations will result in immediate account removal and may be reported to relevant authorities.

If you encounter prohibited content, report it to moderation immediately.


10. Disclaimers

  • The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free functionality.
  • We are not responsible for content posted by users; users are solely liable for what they upload or share.

11. Termination
